On April 26, 2013, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court") entered an order (the "Disclosure Statement Approval Order") approving the Second Amended Disclosure Statement in Support of the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) and Related Debtors Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Disclosure Statement"), stating that the Disclosure Statement contains adequate information within the meaning of section 1125 of title 11 of the United States Code. In addition, the Disclosure Statement Approval Order authorizes the Debtors to solicit votes to accept or reject the Plan.
