General Bar Date: On December 2, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court established February 1, 2016 as the last date and the deadline by which Proofs of Claim must be filed.

Governmental Bar Date: On December 2, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court established February 16, 2016 as the last date and the deadline by which Proofs of Claim must be filed by a Governmental Entity.

*All Claims must be either:

  • Filed Electronically to the Bankruptcy Court via its ECF system before midnight (prevailing Central Time) on the General Bar Date (or on or before the Governmental Bar Date if such creditor is a governmental Unit) [https://ecf.ilnb.uscourts.gov/]
  • Delivered via regular mail, hand delivery or overnight carrier to the claims agent, Garden City Group, LLC by 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Central Time) on the General Bar Date (or on or before the Governmental Bar Date if such creditor is a governmental Unit).
