Lexington Precision Corp., et al.

On April 1, 2008, Lexington Precision Corporation and Lexington Rubber Group, Inc. (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The Debtors' cases were assigned to Judge Martin Glenn and jointly administered under case number 08-11153 (MG).

GCG Inc. served as the mailing agent for CapitalSource and CSE (together, the "Agents for the Prepetition Secured Lenders").
