Welcome to the CH Liquidation Association (f/k/a Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Association) Case Administration Website
On June 30, 2016, CH Liquidation Association (f/k/a Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Association) (the "Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Chapter 11 Case") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The Bankruptcy Court assigned the Chapter 11 Case to the Honorable Alan M. Koschik, who approved the administration under case number 16-51552.
On June 12, 2017, the Court confirmed the First Amended Joint Chapter 11 of Plan of Liquidation (the "Plan") (Docket No. 484). On August 1, 2017 the Plan became effective (the “Effective Date”).
On June 28, 2018, the Court entered a notice that GCG’s employment as claims and noticing agent had been terminated as of the Effective Date (Docket No. 703).
